CTM-Advance Kit consisting of the Swab and virus-inactivation medium is the specimen collection, nucleic acid preservation and transport medium kit for clinical virus such as influenza, SARS-COV-2 and etc. The preservation solution has the function of cell lysis and is compatible with the lysis buffer in the virus DNA/RNA extraction kit of all kinds of kits. In the subsequent nucleic acid extraction process, less or no lysate can be added.

Swab 및 바이러스 불활성화 배지로 구성된 CTM-Advance Kit는 인플루엔자(flu), SARS-CoV-2 등 임상 바이러스용 검체 채취, 핵산 보존 및 수송 배지 키트입니다. 보존용액은 세포 용해 기능과 함께 모든 종류의 바이러스 DNA/RNA 추출 키트 lysis buffer와 호환 가능합니다. 후속 핵산 추출 과정에서 용해를 위한 버퍼(lysis buffer)를 추가 첨가할 필요가 없습니다.
